ALGEE

MHFA Action Plan (ALGEE)MHFA Action Plan (ALGEE)

A testimony from Paul about the importance of ALGEE.

The MHFA Action Plan (ALGEE) is a step-by-step action plan to use when providing support to someone who may be experiencing a distressing situation, just as you would if you were administering first aid for a fall.

Paul Spenser is a first responder with the Fire Department in South Auckland. He is also a Mental Health First Aider who completed Mental Health First Aid for Fire and EMS, and explains how ALGEE has had an impact on his life:

If you would like to know more about booking a workplace workshop … working with me is easy.
