Promoting Mental Health First Aid and Workplace Mental Health:

Mental Health First Aid is an important initiative that empowers individuals to provide immediate support and assistance to those experiencing mental health challenges. It equips people with the skills and knowledge necessary to identify early signs of mental distress, offer initial help, and guide individuals towards professional help if needed. One Less Thing wholeheartedly embraces this mission, striving to make a positive impact on mental health within our community.

Sharing the Message:

Throughout the month of June, One Less Thing has been passionately sharing the message of MHFA with individuals from all walks of life.
